What do I actually do?

Shoot, edit, thumbnails, upload. Trailers, patch clips, spawn tour, events. You ship the files, not only ideas in chat.

How is pay calculated?

Video income only: ads, Super Thanks, sponsorships that run through the channel. Platform fee first, then tax, then 55 percent to you and 45 percent to Nexus City. Shop and crystals do not count.

Who owns the channels?

Nexus City. You work on our accounts. Before the first paid upload there is a short written agreement.

Example: a video brings 1000 after the YouTube fee. After tax 700 remain. 55 percent (385) to you, 45 percent (315) to Nexus City. Numbers are an example, the deal is written before the first paid upload. No claim on shop revenue.
